About "In" and "Out":

"In": if somebody hit my link at your website,then the hits will be cumulated.when you get good hits ,your web-link would be placed as top 12.also your website link would be placed at the homepage. it is "In" from your website to mine.

"Out": if somebody hit your link at my website. also the hits will be cumulated. it is "Out" from my website to your. We all hope to get a reciprocal web link.

so, it is competitive rank system by hits. I called it as "RWD"(Reciprocal Web Directory).
